Chet is an art installation piece based on the existential phenomenology of memory. The artist, Justin Zielke, based the installation on his memories of his grandfather. The presence of his grandfather is based on the memories of those who knew him. Justin approached me to help produce and make his art come to fruition. As his producer I helped with creative decisions, putting things in perspective if he asked for advice. I also found a videographer and photographer to shoot the installation in order to help promote Justin for future endeavors.

Void is an independent film that I worked on in 2017. The story is about Captain, Mira,  and one of her crew, Christian, trying to escape deadly, shape shifting aliens that have boarded her ship but when she finds that there are two Christians, she has to decide who is the real one.

For this project, I was the VFX supervisor as well as Producer. When story boards and shot lists were created I helped break down what would be needed for the desired effects to be created. On set I took measurements and helped light the green screen to be able to pull clean keys and as a Producer I found the post-production crew, created calendars and deadlines to make sure shots were delivered on time.

Val

Val is a short film based on the idea of the loss of control in a world where everything is predestined. This was a project introduced to me in 2016 where a friend of mine made a score and wanted to create a film inspired by his music. When the idea was created, I was in charge of finding an artist to help create a world of the future. I found a matte painter, gave him storyboards of how the Director and Cinematographer envisioned this world in order to help tie this film together. I also was the on set supervisor and made sure plates were shot and delivered for the smoothest transition for the Matte Painter.
